The A La Carte restaurants are a total disaster!!! The beach needs urgent cleaning and the sunbed reservation situation is ridiculous!!! Also, it’s frustrating trying to find staff who can communicate well in English!!!

Spacious room, helpful staff, the beach was gorgeous with easy access to the outdoor swimming pool and 24-hour reception providing excellent service during our 9-night stay.

Not a single complaint.

We had a fantastic week filled with activities, especially the water sports offered. Our kids loved paddle boarding and sailing lessons, and we enjoyed taking salsa classes together. The vibrant atmosphere kept us all entertained at every turn!

My wife says that more child-friendly dining options would have made our stay even better.

Chillin' at a nice beach spot!

Spent 9 nights in a Junior Suite Deluxe. The beach was beautiful and the cocktail bar was super fun! Staff were friendly, but the food could be hit or miss, especially at the Thali restaurant. Our room didn't feel fresh enough some days, which was a bummer.

I had a wonderful stay at Bahia Principe Luxury Esmeralda. The spacious room and beautiful tropical gardens offered a serene retreat. I noticed some areas needed attention, but the friendly staff made my experience enjoyable throughout.

The junior suite was spacious and comfortable. The water park was great for relaxation! The clean beach made our days perfect.

More shaded areas by the pool would be beneficial.

Also, an issue with sunbed reservations on the beach, as people often left their towels on loungers for hours, limiting availability.

It was just a decent option for a short stayover in Punta Cana with real value for money. The trolley service made it easy to explore nearby hotels and amenities. Consider checking the dining options at the neighboring resorts for better variety.
